“Over the course of 4-5 months, Jamie Weingart facilitated a comprehensive strategic planning process for our district that resulted in the identification of five strategic priorities and subsequent measures of success, defining objectives, action items, and responsible parties. Jamie led and engaged in a very thorough discovery phase that allowed for all key members of our school community to have a voice in the process in a multitude of different ways. For example, individual conversations were held with board members; student, staff, parent, and community member focus groups were conducted; and a survey for parents was provided. “Morrill County Community Hospital recently underwent our strategic planning process facilitated by Mrs. Weingart. I personally found her focused on keeping us on track as she had to meet with several groups, including department heads, physicians, senior management, and our Board of Directors, independently before bringing key members back together for the planning of the final document. Jamie facilitated questions from each group in order to encourage members to think beyond their roles in our facility and to help members achieve goals in setting our 1 year, 3 year and 5 year plans for our final document.
