With 20 years of experience in strategy execution, Lacey brings a proven track record across diverse disciplines, including project management, process improvement, change management, stakeholder engagement, business relationship development, data analytics, and project scheduling. Her career spans retail and energy industries for both public for-profit and government nonprofit sectors—over ten years in the former and more than seven in the latter—enabling her to adapt and deliver results across a wide variety of organizational cultures and objectives.

Lacey has had the privilege of working with Fortune 500 companies and engaging directly with C-suite leaders, as well as contributing meaningfully within small businesses with fewer than 30 employees. Her professional certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Lean Master, reflecting her deep commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Lacey is deeply committed to supporting and empowering youth in her community, dedicating her time and leadership to several impactful initiatives. As a board member for a youth camp in the Nebraska Panhandle, she helps shape enriching experiences that foster personal growth and lifelong skills for young people. She also serves on the local school district’s scholarship foundation board, working to expand educational opportunities and open doors for future generations. Beyond her board roles, Lacey is a hands-on leader, volunteering weekly to support multiple youth programs. Through these efforts, she invests in the next generation, ensuring that local youth have the resources, mentorship, and encouragement they need to thrive.
