Workshops for Teams and Organizations from a CliftonStrengths® Workshop Facilitator
Most teams have talented people. The challenge is helping those people understand their talents and figure out how to use them together.
Gallup® Certified Strengths Facilitator
As a Gallup® Certified Strengths facilitator, Jamie Weingart has facilitated CliftonStrengths workshops for nonprofits, healthcare organizations, school districts, and businesses across the country. Whether your team needs a single workshop or a sustained year-long program, JNW Consulting will meet you where you are.
What is CliftonStrengths?
CliftonStrengths is a research-based assessment developed by Gallup that identifies an individual’s top natural talents across 34 themes—the ways they most naturally think, feel, and behave. Unlike personality tests, CliftonStrengths focuses entirely on what people do well, giving individuals and teams a shared, strengths-based language for how they work best.
Over 30 million people have completed the CliftonStrengths assessment worldwide, making it one of the most widely used talent development tools in the world.

Our CliftonStrengths Programs
JNW Consulting offers a range of CliftonStrengths programs, from a single half-day session to a full year-long team development experience. All sessions are facilitated by a Gallup® Certified Strengths Coach and can be delivered on-site at your chosen location or virtually.
The Strengths-Based Workplace
(Flagship Program)
A year-long program designed to embed strengths into daily work, collaboration, and sustainable performance.
Most Strengths programs stop at awareness. The Strengths-Based Workplace doesn’t. Through four facilitated sessions spaced across the year, your team moves from knowing their strengths to actually using them—in daily work, under pressure, across differences, and for the long haul.
The program follows four stages: Discover → Apply → Collaborate → Thrive. Session 1 is Discover Your Strengths (also listed as a stand-alone workshop), so teams new to CliftonStrengths can start here and build from a solid foundation.
What’s included: CliftonStrengths® Full 34 assessment, all session workbooks and materials, and facilitation across four sessions.
Discover Your Strengths
The starting point for any strengths journey — and the foundation of The Strengths-Based Workplace.
In this 3- to 4-hour session, participants take the CliftonStrengths Full 34 assessment and walk away with a clear picture of their top talents, their lesser-used themes, and how their strengths show up alongside their teammates’.
- Individual review of top 5 and full 34 CliftonStrengths themes
- Guided discussion on how to maximize strengths and manage blind spots
- Team mapping exercise to explore how the team’s collective themes complement each other
What’s included: CliftonStrengths Full 34 assessment, participant workbook, Signature Theme Report, CliftonStrengths 34 Report, and access to the Gallup Access online platform.
This session is also the foundation of The Strengths-Based Workplace, our year-long team program.
Strengths-Based Leadership
For managers, team leads, and emerging leaders who want to lead from their strengths.
This 3-hour session builds on the foundation of Discover Your Strengths, with a specific focus on what it means to lead others using a strengths-based approach.
Participants explore Gallup’s research on the four most important qualities of effective leaders and identify exactly how their personal strengths themes connect to each.
- Deep dive into leadership-specific strengths application
- Gallup’s research on why people follow
- Personal goal setting and career development through a strengths lens
What’s included: CliftonStrengths for Leaders assessment, participant workbook, CliftonStrengths for Leaders report.

CliftonStrengths for Sales
For sales teams and customer-facing professionals who want to sell more authentically.
This 3-hour session uses Gallup’s specialized CliftonStrengths for Sales report to help participants understand how their natural strengths influence the way they communicate, build relationships, and close deals — without forcing them into a sales mold that doesn’t fit.
- How individual strengths themes influence selling style
- Tools for maximizing communication effectiveness and building authentic rapport
- Strategies for setting and exceeding sales goals using natural talents
What’s included: CliftonStrengths for Sales assessment, participant workbook, CliftonStrengths for Sales report, Top 5 Report, Signature Themes Report.
Who We Work With
JNW Consulting works with nonprofits, healthcare organizations, and public education systems across the country, though our workshops are a fit for any team-focused organization. Jamie travels nationwide to deliver on-site workshops, and all programs are also available virtually.
Our clients have included hospital systems, school districts, chambers of commerce, community nonprofits, and Fortune 500 companies.
Why Work With a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach?
Not every facilitator offering CliftonStrengths workshops is a certified Gallup® coach. Gallup’s certification process requires rigorous training and demonstrated competency in facilitating strengths-based learning; it’s not a badge you buy online.
Jamie Weingart holds Gallup Certified Strengths Coach credentials and has facilitated CliftonStrengths programs since 2012. She brings deep familiarity with the assessment and the research behind it, but what sets her apart is her ability to connect with every person in the room—leaving each one feeling seen, valued, and genuinely energized about their work.
