Our Approach to Giving Back

Even as a small business, JNW Consulting is committed to supporting the communities we serve, especially in the areas of education, leadership development, and personal growth. To stay healthy and sustainable, we follow a simple framework for discounts, pro bono services, and financial contributions.

Our Focus

We prioritize requests that:

Support education and learning (schools, colleges, youth and adult education, workforce readiness)
Advance leadership and personal growth for students, professionals, and community members
With a special focus on organizations in the Scottsbluff area and surrounding communities

How We Give

Each year, we set an annual budget for:

Cash donations and sponsorships
Discounted or pro bono consulting, training, and facilitation.

Past support does not guarantee future support. To remain fair and sustainable, we review each request annually based on our focus areas, available capacity, and the needs in our community at that time. Once our annual giving and service capacity are fully committed, we are unable to fulfill additional requests until the next calendar year.

When to Apply

You may submit a request at any time during the year.
The best time to apply is between October and December for support in the following calendar year.
We will typically communicate responses to year-end applications by late January.
Requests received outside this window will be reviewed and responded to as we are able, based on available capacity and timing.

We also strive to spread our giving and events across the year, so we may not be able to support every opportunity during the same season or quarter.

How to Request Support

To ensure fairness and consistency, all discount, sponsorship, and donation requests must be submitted through our online Community Support Request Form (below). This form helps us understand your mission, your event or program, and how our support could make an impact.

While we may not be able to fulfill every request, we genuinely appreciate the work you do to strengthen our community and are honored to be considered as a partner.
